My name is Mark Leingang and I am a Seattle native, having been born on this great city's Eastside. I love and appreciate the quality of life this community offers and am enthusiastic about our diverse economy. I enjoy hiking and am an avid snow skier. Like many others, I am a rabid Seahawks fan and I am ever hopeful for the return of the Super Sonics. I also enjoy helping individuals reach their real estate goals.
You see, I am a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
My background includes almost 15 years of experience in sales, finance, and construction. I have extensive knowledge in new construction and have assisted both builders and investors acquire and market properties. When I launched my real estate sales career in 2014, I made a commitment to exceed the expectations of my clients through exceptional communication and customer service. I wanted to weave my previous experience into my career to better serve my clients. Having grown up here, I am very familiar with the Seattle area and its neighborhoods. If you are selling, I don't want to just list your house, I want to sell your house. If you are a buyer, I will work with you to find a home in an area perfect for your lifestyle and budget. I particularly enjoy working with first-time home buyers and sellers.
I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002 and am a member of the Alpha Delta Phi Association. Since my brother attended Washington State, things get spirited around The Apple Cup. I am a member of Washington REALTORS, The Master Builders Association and am certified as a Built Green Professional.
Today, I live in Bellevue, where I was born. I am married and have been blessed with four beautiful daughters. I understand the importance of home, and in finding that place that is special...a place that is yours. I would appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
